The evening was superb and the buffet was lovely. I was too full to try everything on offer! My father used to visit the vine so he would have been overwhelmed that we had his memorial there. I hope we did not make too much mess!! Many many thanks!
Thank you so much for letting us have our reunion at your pub. The service was faultless and our meals were excellent. A truly enjoyable evening. Myself and many of my friends will visit again very soon for your fabulous wild boar!!
Just like to say thankyou for yesterday's meal, which can be only be summed up as exceptional. I can say it is not only by far the best in Clent (we have eaten in almost every pub in the area), but also the surrounding area. The Bell at Pensax used to be the best (for Sunday roasts which is what we can speak for), until the sad loss of their chef, or cook as he liked to be known.
The vegetables were 'real', cooked perfectly, and there was plenty of them. The roast potatoes being particularly good - all things you don't see in the 'Food Pub of the Year' or others. Two big gravy boats - brilliant! Where else do you ever see that? All of us commented on the starters which where full flavour.
The rose, which was pleasant, came chilled and in a cooler. The service from all the staff could not be faulted. Polite and friendly to all our requests, including an extra plate of Yorkshire puds :-) And all done at 6pm which is a late time for a Sunday. Very well done, and thanks again.

Many thanks to all the staff at the Vine for making mom's birthday perfect. The bar and kitchen staff were great and so were our meals. Everyone realy enjoyed their visit to your pub and we intend to come again and again in the near future. Thank you, Liz
Excellent food and value for money. My family and I really enjoyed sitting out in the sun by the stream.
