Introducing our cheese selection, in our continued duty to use and showcase local produce we have chosen five distinct and local cheeses to cover a wide range of tastes and textures

WORCESTER GOLD A gorgeous cheddar cheese from Croome Cuisine, Worcester.  Lovely, extra creamy, mellow cheddar with a lovely flavour, melts in the mouth

CLARA GOAT’S CHEESE, EVESHAM This goat’s cheese has a close texture and creamy, buttery flavour cut through with lemony notes and hints of freshly cut grass, before it unfolds into a long savoury finish. The dark grey rind contrasts against the brilliant white paste making Clara a star of the cheeseboard, but it is also easy to slice into portions for salads or for melting. The soft red fruits of a Tuscan rosé make for a dreamy drinks match.

HEREFORD HOP Our Cheddar Hop is made on Laurels Farm by rolling a wheel of rich, creamy textured matured Cheddar cheese in the finest toasted hops. The hops deliver a distinctive aroma & slightly bitter taste with a hint of lemon that combines beautifully with the creamy cheese.

COTSWOLD BRIE A soft and buttery cheese made with organic milk from the farm’s own herd of 250 Friesians

LONG CLAWSON STILTON We believe Stilton is for life, not just for Christmas. It’s one of Britain’s greatest cheeses and should be eaten all year round. Matured for around 8weeks.

YORKSHIRE BLUE (Guest) – Made by Shepherds Purse dairy, Thirsk, Yorkshire. Made from 100% Yorkshire cow’s milk, Yorkshire Blue is a mild, soft, creamy, blue veined cheese. The traditional recipe has been developed to give the cheese a unique buttery/sweet flavour with no sharp bite.
